Business owners who have customers staying on their premises for any period of time should be taking their information for Track & Trace purposes. This can be managed using the NHS track and trace app (UK only) but you can not enforce its use on your customers. Where customers choose not to use the NHS app you should still be taking the information of at least one person per group. The information required is their name, contact details, arrival time and where possible estimated duration of their visit.
