To be able to start accepting registrations and check-ins you’ll need to activate your brand.
When you first sign up, you have 24 hours to look around the system before you are required to add a card to your account. This is to verify your identity but your card will not be charged unless you tell us to.
- Once you’ve logged into your brand, click the Activate This Brand on the left hand menu.
- Enter in your address
- Enter your card details
- Choose the check box to be automatically charged when your free registrations run out (highly recommended to not lose out on any registrations)
- Choose your preferred billing cycle
- Click Activate This Brand
