[COMPLETED] QR codes per activity/item

Allow each registration form to have a QR code to direct right to it instead of the main landing page.

We can already get a direct link to an individual item, it would be great if that item could also have a QR code associated with it.

We are pleased to report that this has now been implemented.

You can now click “Print QR Code” from the item menu to generate a QR code sheet for that individual item.
