Why do I need to add my card details for the Free account?

We require all customers to add a credit or debit card to their brand when activating. We do this for 2 main reasons…

  1. To fight spam sign ups, and ensure that the customer accounts on RapidReg are not bots.
  2. Once you have used all of your free registrations, you have the option to be switched to our monthly paid plan automatically, so saving your card helps speed up that process.
