Why am I getting this error?
The error is showing because the system can't find any availability for the next 18 months as the error suggests. There are a few reasons this may show when you aren't expecting it which we will troubleshoot in this document.
Common Causes
These are some of the causes for this error.
Time slot is less than the duration
In the picture example above the event duration is 120 mins but the time slot applied is only 90 mins. Therefore the system is unable to find a slot which will allow a registration to take place.
Unavailable
If you have set timeslots but have also made the dates unavailable then the system will not be able to find a suitable slot.
