Payment status colours incorrect

A lot of my bookings are going to red or yellow and the people are getting emails asking to pay … when i checked stripe it was a success and the payment went through but it is still shown Red or yellow… getting fed off not being able to talk to some one , this will start to lose customers , please assist

This issue has not been reported with any other users, and they are taking £10k + each month with Stripe with no issues.

As an early user, we may need to deep dive into your settings, reconnect stripe and figure this out for you.

I was unable to find any occurrence where the colours were reporting incorrectly. If you can highlight specific transactions to us via email, then we can investigate further.
