How do I cancel my RapidReg account?

We’re sad to see that you think you need to do so. Please note the following terms of cancellation, and agree to confirm cancellation:

  1. I understand that my subscription will cancel at the end of the current billing period
  2. I understand that once my subscription end date has passed, I will not have access to the benefits that a paid subscription allows
  3. I understand that once my subscription end date has passed, if I have no credit or free registrations in my account, I will not be able to receive any further registrations for your company
  4. I understand that once my subscription end date has passed, I will still have access to data held in the already submitted registration forms of your company

To cancel:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click Billing
  3. Click Cancel subscription
  4. Confirm you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
