Can I set up accounts where my staff can view registration forms to ensure they are completed, without having access to anything else?

At this time I’m afraid we do not have the functionality to have sub users or permissions, although that requested functionality is on our radar.
However, you could do this using something like Zapier or Integromat where the submitted form values are automatically sent to a google sheet or something that your staff can view.
