I have tried to activate my account several times but it still remains inactive.

Activation usually requires adding credit card - are you having issues with that part?
Or are you having issues logging in and verifying your email?
I have signed up ok and approved my email. When i enter my card details and approve it on my bank, it then return to the same screen saying inactive. I’ve tried the free account and the paid one.
I’m still waiting to get this resolved so i can actually use the platform.

They managed to fix it on Friday, but didn’t have time to push the changes before the weekend. The updates have now been released, so please try activating again and it should work this time.
